WOMEN’S LIFTING CLUB

Train in a supportive group of 6–8 women while still receiving personalized coaching. These sessions combine expert guidance, proper technique, and motivating energy to help you build strength, confidence, and community while lifting together.

Summer Season : July 6, 2026 - September 25, 2026

The Women’s Lifting Club runs in seasonal formats, with each season lasting 12 weeks. Registration is done on a full-season basis to help you stay consistent and get the most out of your training. To get started, you’ll choose from one of four credit packages. Once you’ve selected your package, you can book yourself into the classes you plan to attend throughout the season.

It’s strongly recommended to schedule your classes for the entire season upfront, this ensures you secure your spot in your preferred time slots. If your schedule changes, you can always adjust your bookings later.
