Meet NATALIA
Founder · Personal Trainer · Registered Kinesiologist
Fitness has been a part of Natalia’s life since the age of 16 — not as a trend, but as a foundation. A former competitive tennis player and coach, she understands what it means to train with intention, discipline, and purpose. Since 2019, she has been channeling that same drive into helping others transform their lives through fitness.
With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University and a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, Natalia brings a rare level of academic depth to her work. As a Registered Kinesiologist and CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, with a specialization in pre- and postnatal exercise, she has experience working with a wide range of populations and delivers expert guidance at every stage of the journey.
Today, Natalia primarily works with women — though not exclusively — through PWR HAUS, the community she founded to make strength training a lifestyle. Her mission is clear and unapologetic: to empower others through fitness, promote healthy living, and inspire women to lift heavy and take up space.
Hobbies: Being out in the sun and spending time with loved ones
